Do I need to pay a big upfront website design fee?
No. The cost is spread into a monthly fee. Your first 12 months cover the design and build, then your fee drops by half for hosting and maintenance.
What will I pay after the first year?
Half. After your first 12 months your plan drops to 50% and covers hosting, security and maintenance: Starter R100, Starter R150, Business R200, Pro R250 and Store R300 per month. By then your payments have reached 12 months, so the website is yours to keep.
What if I don’t like the design?
You see it before we build anything. After you order and fill in the questionnaire, we send you a mockup of your website’s design. If you’re not happy with the concept, tell us before you approve it and we’ll refund your first payment in full and cancel your plan.
What is included in every plan?
Design and setup, .co.za domain, hosting, SSL, basic maintenance, a logo if you need one, mobile-friendly design, contact and WhatsApp buttons, social links, a contact form and two rounds of changes before launch.
Do I need to supply my own photos and content?
Yes, we build your website with your text, photos and logo (a logo is included if you need one). Don’t have good photos or content yet? We can also help create professional images and videos for your website. Just ask us.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Your .co.za domain stays yours. The website is included while your plan is active, unless you buy it out (monthly price × 12, minus what you have paid). After 12 full months there is nothing further to pay.
Is there a contract?
No lock-in contract. Your plan runs month to month and you can cancel anytime from your account. Your .co.za domain stays yours either way. To keep the website itself when you cancel, see the buyout option under “Can I cancel anytime?”.
Who owns my domain?
You do. Your .co.za domain is registered in your name and stays yours, even if you cancel your plan.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. Upgrade anytime as your business grows. Downgrades may need pages or features removed to fit the smaller plan.
What platform is it built on?
WordPress. You can log in and update text, images, pages and contact details whenever you like.
